    Hi,

When I am scrolling back to top, manually or with the button, the menu items are making a small shake during less than a second, then they stop normally.

I am using the menu as header feature, and the image change to smaller size when scroll down from the top, this works good, but when I am going back to the top and the bar grows to a bigger size, then that menu items shakes.

    Hope I explained all correctly.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi there,

Can you disable the caching plugin first?

    Thanks!

Done, I had already tested, please hurry up. I cannot have my web with all the optimization plugins disconnected for a long time.

    Thanks

Ok I think the menu item height change is too big for that effect unfortunately.

Using the fade or slide transition would be better for that kind of significant height change.

Oh thank you, it was the only think I dind’t try.

For your info if you want to solve it or anybody has the same issue: if the logo height is 109px or smaller, everything is right, the bug comes from 110px and above.

    Thanks again ๐Ÿ˜€

Actually we think the issue is the transition between the site logo and sticky navigation logo.

Can you try removing the sticky navigation logo?

Shouldn’t need to add that if it’s the same as the static logo.

Cannot be that as I never had a sticky navigation logo since the beginning, only the site logo from the header section.

For me it’s OK 109px, but if you want me to check any other thing to find the problem just tell me.

Hmm the code is suggesting that there is a sticky navigation logo uploaded:

Do you mind checking under Customizer > Layout > Sticky Navigation?

I checked before and was empty, but I had problems with the logo before so I did the following steps:

    1. Upload a new image as sticky navigation logo
    2. Save
    3. Delete the image
    4. Save
    5. F5
    6. Try 115 px height again

And… It worked perfectly without any shake. So there was the problem.

    Mistery solved. Thank you.
