Sticky navigation - Remove transparency

I'm sure this is an easy one. I have recently setup 2 new websites, both are small.
https://www.colemarie.co.uk/ - This uses sticky navigation which has its own white background so it sits 'over' the page content. Not sure how I achieved this but its what I want!
https://www.starplaytherapy.co.uk/ - In theory this site is set up the same. However the sticky nav background is transparent which I dont want. You will see that its hard to read etc. Can't find a way to get this as a solid colour (white) background.

Disabling the caching plugin is actually for us to see the code better, can you do that first?
Also is the background color of the primary navigation set to a solid color?

I needed to set the bg color as suggested. Set to white and all good now
