Sticky Navigation on Single Page

Hi, I want to add sticky navigation on the left side of the page, something like in this link: https://www.capterra.com/vendor-management-software/#buyers-guide.
Can you suggest how I can do that? Please suggest an easy way.
(I don't know how to code.)

This plugin does not let me put a navigation on the left side like in the Capterra page above.
Can you suggest some other plugin or some other way?

the plugin comes with a widget that can be added to the Left Sidebar.
