Sticky Navigation Bar + Color Change

Hi,

I am trying to create a sticky navigation bar and reviewed the forum and documentation, but I don't seem to have the "sticky navigation" option in my customizer>Layout>Primary Navigation. How do I create a sticky top navigation bar/menu? Thanks for the help!

in Appearance > GeneratePress make sure you have enabled the Menu Plus module:
