Hi I’m having issues with my sticky navigation. It works fine on the home page, however on some of my pages the sticky navigation appears as I start to scroll down the site, however it will disappear after a certain point. I’m sure the mistake is somewhere on the pages I just can’t figure it out where. Would it be possible to take a look please?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
Let me know 🙂

Hi, Leo sorry for the late response. I deactivated all my plugins and the issue is still here. Any idea what else I can try?

StaffCustomer SupportAre you able to disable all plugins for me to take a look?
Might be a good idea to start a staging site with the same setup so we can go through some debugging steps.

Hi Leo, I disabled all the plugins on the page for you so you can take a look. You will need to use the direct links. Since I also disabled elementor there is no way to visit those pages without a direct link. Here are the links one more time.

StaffCustomer SupportI just checked the “Page with a partially working sticky navigation:” and no longer see the issue:

Hi Leo, I have rechecked the site and indeed the issue was fixed. It looks like I missed a plugin or 2 the last time when I tested it. I was even surprised that the site looks good without the plugins cause I was expecting a similar result to your video.
Anyhow I started with your previous suggestion and started enabling plugins one by one to see where the site will start miss-behaving. So all went well until I hit the activate button on the elementor plugin. As soon as I have refreshed the site the sticky navigation was off again.October 2, 2020 at 7:50 pm #1469914Leo
StaffCustomer SupportUnfortunately I’m not sure why Elementor would be causing this issue.
Perhaps a bug they’ve introduced in their recent updates which introduced a lot of bugs.
Can you check with their support?
