Sticky Nav Too Wide

I run GP's sticky nav often. For this one site, not sure why the sticky nav is not contained. The logo is left aligned on the desktop and hte menu items are displaying far right. Where can I check for the controlling of the width of the sticky nav menu?

Can you go to customizer > layout > primary navigation?
Check if the inner navigation width is set to full, if so change it to contained.

I was not able to located the Full / Contained options for inner navigation at that location but I was able to locate it here:
Customizer > Layout > Header
And yes, inner navigation was the first place I checked. This settings does indeed change the default header section but not the Sticky Nav section. Any ideas of where else I could check?
1. Go to Customizer > Layout > Header , check theusing navigation as header box.
2. Go to Customizer > Layout > Primary navigation, you should be able to see the inner navigation width option this time, set it to contained.
3. Then uncheck the using navigation as header box.

Hi Ying. That sequence cleared things up, thank you! Was something stuck? Just wanted to make sure if this happens again, I know what caused it.
Yes, it's like a glitch, some certain settings will trigger this.
