Sticky Mobile Menu - Bug

I believe I have found a bug with the mobile menu.

On this site: Showplace Remodeling Dev Site I have the sticky menu settings set to "both". When you scroll down the page, the sticky effect works but the menu you will not toggle open.

On this site: Showplace Remodeling Live Site I have the sticky menu settings set to "desktop only". On mobile the sticky effect still occurs AND the menu menu toggles open.

I tested both of these with no plugins activated (except GP premium) and got the same results.

Let me know if you have any idea what might be causing this behavior. Technically the live site is currently working how I intended it to, but I had to select the incorrect settings to make it so.
