Sticky menu not working

The sticky menu works when I am logged into WordPress, even when I view the webpage on a separate tab. But as soon as I log out of WordPress and view my website, the menu disappears when I scroll the page. How do i get the menu to stick?
When something is working while logged in and not while not logged in, I always assume it's a caching plugin.
If you have one installed, try clearing/purging the cache and it should work :)

I have anothor problem with sticky widgets: I have a side bar on the left but when I activate the sticky menu option using the plugin Q2W3 Fixed Widget the sidebar jumps to the right on an ipad2 when scrolled

Sounds like more of a plugin issue than a theme issue?
