Sticky Menu not sticking

I enabled sticky menu, and it appears for the upper part of the page, then disappears again as I scroll down. On mobile as well. Tried every variety of options I could think of, can't get it to stay. Any thoughts? https://smackcooking.flywheelsites.com/

It seems like the issue was being caused by some custom CSS on the site.
Can you try temporarily removing any custom CSS?
If that doesn't work, can you try disabling your other plugins one by one to eliminate any conflicts?
Turned all plugins off then on and it fixed. Also eliminated unnecessary CSS. A Caching plugin must have been holding onto the CSS. Thanks.
