Sticky menu not appearing on mobile

Hey
Been using GP for a while but for some reason on one site I can't get the Sticky menu to appear on mobile, its working on desktop. I am not sure if I have just forgotten something but I can't figure it out.
Screenshot of settings as you can see its enabled as "on" which I believe therefore means both desktop and mobile?

your site is using the Mobile Header which has its own Sticky Option in Customizer > Layout > Header.
