[Support request] Sticky Menu is loading a 150×150 version of my logo

For some reason GP is loading a 150×150 version of my logo in the sticky menu/navigation. How do I fix this so it is loading the correct load and not a self generating cropped logo?

Hi Brian,

GP does not have the ability to crop logo or any images for you.

Can you make sure the sticky navigation logo in the customizer is indeed correct?

From what I can see, the logo uploaded there is this one currently:

So we didn’t create a 150×150 logo. This is the only logo we have uploaded. https://investified.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/cropped-investified-full-color-logo.png That 150×150 logo isn’t even in the media library. I have attached the login credentials so you can look.

can you reupload the logo for the sticky navigation with a different file name. And then replace the sticky logo.

That doesn’t work. Generate Press theme is still cropping the image to 150×150. If I turn off the generate press then this problem stops happening and there is no auto generated 150×150 sticky image. What ever the issue is, it is within the Grenerate Press theme/plugins.

Sorry we missed your last reply.
I edited the Customizer > Layout > Sticky Navigation Logo, swapping it for t he smaller logo, and that replaced the cropped 150×150 one,

Can you confirm that ?
