Sticky Menu + Header

Hi Tom,
Was wondering if you think it would be possible to create a similar effect to this site using GP + Page Header Add-On: http://www.innocentaesthetics.co.uk/
It appears both the menu and the header/image are sticky and then when you scroll down the content overlays the header.
I know GP has the sticky menu option but would it be possible with the header too?

Thanks Leo. After looking through the thread that Tom refers to on there I found a live example: http://www.extremeportugal.com/
I think if I alter the z-index to a negative value on the fixed header then this will allow the content below to overlay the header achieving the effect I was after.
I'll perhaps re-visit this thread once I've started on the build.
