Sticky Menu floats to the Left

Hi Tom,
When I enable sticky menu, it floats to the left in Desktop view.
Menu has the right width but is not centered above the main Content:
This only happens with certain setups (nav float right, nav contained).
Will release the fix today.

New version is out with this fixed.
