OK…finally got it working. One caveat, I had to add 30 at the below setting

Top/Bottom Padding
This will add space above and below your content. (integer only)

…under Customize > Blog Page Header > Page Header Content …

to get the menu appearance correctly on the blog page > https://livelakelivingston.com/blog/
