Sticky menu "clear", no header, part of background, no transition

You set them in "Customize > Blog > Page Header Advanced"?: https://www.screencast.com/t/FIaGwte1

OK...finally got it working. One caveat, I had to add 30 at the below setting

Top/Bottom Padding
This will add space above and below your content. (integer only)

...under Customize > Blog Page Header > Page Header Content ...

to get the menu appearance correctly on the blog page > https://livelakelivingston.com/blog/
