Sticky menu background color

Hi there,
I am trying to figure out how to change the background color of my sticky menu. I added this color: rgba(109,109,109,0.22) under customizing > colors > primary navigation > Background. And while that does what I want to the sticky menu, it also does something weird to the normal navigation menu. But I only want to change the sticky menu background to a semi-transparent color.
