Sticky main menu bug?

Hello,
If I scroll down and then up, to display the sticky menu, then I slowly scroll back to the top of the page, the main menu is displayed twice under each other. Is this a bug or I managed to misconfigure something?
So these are the steps for recreating the bug:
1. Scroll down
2. Scroll up a bit todisplay the sticky menu
3. Now slowly scroll to the top of the page
4. Just before you reach the top, the sticky menu and the main menu is displayed together.
