sticky header's fixed until the middle of the page

Hi,
I discovered a weird thing with sticky header/navigation. When connected as admin, it's fine until the middle of the page and then moves up and down with the scrolling...
How can I fix this?

thanks for yor answer. Poblem resolved! It seems a firefox dev update's resolved the situation! very strange... First I thought it was happening for every user on every page (I mostly use mozilla firefox dev). Then I tried with a chromium browser (opera or vivaldi). I wasn't connected and the problem didn't happen. Quite weird!
