Sticky header unreliable

Hey Support Team,
the sticky header on my website kiezpoeten.com is not working reliably, both on mobile and desktop. In the customer it all works fine, but front end on some pages it appears, on some it doesnt. I tried clearing the cache, that helped with one page but not with another. Any other trick?

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
