Sticky header (not just navigation) on all screen sizes

I want to have a working sticky header (not just logo and navigation bar) on all screen sizes, but I can't figure out how to accomplish that. The logo, social media icons/links, "Call Us Today" CTA and navigation bar w/ search should be sticky on desktop, tablet and mobile view. The two extra widgets in the header aren't sticky at all, however, and I don't know what code I need to add to make sure they are. Please help.
