Sticky header and page title:

Having issues with a sticky header, Its not working perfectly When i scroll down the page the header becomes transparent and not visible correctly, i want solid white color. check header by your own here on site : https://heartafact.com/
2nd) i want to remove the page title on home and want to keep on reset of pages,i click that "hide title" but still my title shows on site

Go to customizer> colors > primary navigation, and set the background color there.
Your homepage title is not added by the theme, it's added in the page editor, you can remove it in the page editor.
whats the recommended dimensions for logo on sticky header? i am uploading the separate logo on sticky header, it becomes large and looks weird.

Hi there,
you should be able to use the same logo you have in your site identity.
Then in the Customizer > Layout > Sticky Nav, adjust the Menu Item Height to size it.
