Sticky CTA

Hello,
I'm trying to add a sticky CTA link on mobile using the hook element.
So far, I have been able to achieve something (please refer to link and see mobile version).
However, I want it to have the same stick CTA as this site in mobile version (please refer to sites below)

I started a separate thread...I basically want a CTA button on the sticky mobile menu.
