sticky bar customization.

On my page, I have sticky bar.
However, on the sticky bar, the title is gone.
I wanna show title on the sticky bar.
Also, on mobile, the menu toggle is located in the center.
I wanna put it on the right side so that the title can be in the left side.
Could you help me with this plz?
