sticky add to cart issue

try this CSS:

.add-to-cart-panel.show-sticky-add-to-cart {
    transition-delay: 1s !important;
}

It will add a 1 second delay before the panel appears - so should avoid those edge cases where the user scrolls up and down quickly :)

This looks like a bug - seems to only happen to me when you scroll very quickly to the very top of the site. Can anyone confirm that's the only time they're seeing it?
