I wanted to select my home page (http://www.gloobally.com/)as static page. However when I’ve clicked the homepage dropdwon menu in this page https://gmkr.io/s/5a11aba42ed7e17f7c259015/0 I cannot find the hpme page to select.Info please!

Is the page published (not a draft)? If it’s published, it will show up in that dropdown.
How can I set the home page http://www.gloobally.com/ as static page? to add a post page under the name of blog.
Create and publish your static page, then select it from the dropdown.

I want my static page to be the current home page (the latest posts) http://www.gloobally.com/ . So how can I create it as it already exists!

You’d need to use a plugin to show posts on a static page. WP Show Posts is on possibility.

Yup WP Show Posts should work for that.
how can I create a blog page ? and keeping the home page showing the latest posts at the same time.
WP Show Posts will generate a shortcode which you can then insert into the content.
Or you can keep the blog page as it is, then use WP Show Posts to generate latest posts.
