Static page option not available

I am trying to build a landing page on a single page with elementor.
For this I uploaded Mantle theme with the add-ons (GP Premium). I now can't find an option to put a single page as static front page which was possible with Mantle theme that I installed half a year ago (all options were included).
Somehow this option is just not there or I can't find it. Where is this option now or what is wrong with my installation?
Could you help me out with that?

If you don't see the option to set the front page as a static page in "Settings > Reading", it means you don't have any published pages.
Make sure you have at least once published page and the option will show up :)
