I have looked to try to find the answer, as I am sure it must have been asked before.
I wish to have a static front page, and a ‘blog’ page with my latest posts.
The WordPress help explains setting up a page template, which I cannot see in the GP theme under page attributes.

Could somebody please explain to a GP noob, how to do this?

    Superb template by the way!

    Thanks in advance

I may need to explain better…..

I want my front page to display my latest posts, but also wish to have a sidebar on this posts page. I cant seem to get it right!

    Hi Chris,

By default, your front page will display your latest posts – you can choose to display a static page or your latest posts on the front page in “Settings > Reading”.

The posts page will also have a sidebar – you can choose how many sidebars you wish to display on your posts page by going to “Appearance > Customizer > Layout” and editing the Blog Sidebar Layout option.

Let me know if you need more info πŸ™‚
