Static Homepage

I've just lost the site I've spent a week on so started again. But, in the customising section, there is nowhere to include a page as the static homepage. It seems to have gone! I have GP premium. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help.

go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and there you can set your Home Page.
Thanks David. Because of my crash, I only had the one page so I didn't have the option. Sorted it now. Thank you.
