Static homepage refuses to change on desktop

I've installed GP premium, made a custom page design and made it my static homepage.
For some reason, I'm still seeing the old theme's (2017) homepage on the site's homepage, and not the one I've created.
This also only happens on desktop. On my mobile phone (iphone 7s) the new homepage appears.
I tried clearing browser data, cookies, cache, etc. doesn't help.
Please help me figure out and resolve this issue

This sounds like a caching issue for sure. Can you link us to the site?
Ok I managed to solve this. It was indeed a caching issue with the CDN provider. Thanks
