Starting Fresh with Generate Press

Hi, guys.
I would like to start fresh with generate press. That is, I want to delete the theme and my premium plugin.
And then reinstall both of them as if it was the absolute FIRST time. No settings leftover in the WordPress database, etc.
I want to do this so that I can then install a child theme to apply all my changes to. Thank you!

If you go to Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress, you can delete all the settings on the right hand side.
