[Support request] Starter Site Footer

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with this. I am having trouble editing my sign up form on my site footer. I have the SHOP theme. I have tried and asked friends to sign up on the form and the message we get is ” Ops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Can you help me understand what is happening?

I have watched the video where Leo explains how to make a custom footer. I see that the form that comes with my theme has mailchimp form in it. How do I make it work? I have Mailchimp linked to my website already. What am I not doing right? I have watched several videos on how to add a sign up form from mail chimp on my website but I thought I didnt need to build anything else from scratch with a starter theme.

Hi Edi,

Unfortunately this is something you will need to check with MailChimp’s support team as setting up the plugin form is not related to GP/theme.

Let me know if this makes sense 🙂
