Starter Site Ecom to Blog

With the started sites that are set up for ecom, with featured products, could I change those out to blog post?
Set certain blog posts for a certain section or have it update with the latest post in a category?

You will need to find a plugin that does what you want and then insert it with a hook element targetting the single product pages:
