Hi guys, thank you for all your support and suggestions. My host helped update to wp newest version. I am just having an issue now. I have the strter site called SHOP. I have no idea how to update the info on the footer: social icon, privacy policy, terms of service, address and so on. I am going to customizer- widgets or footer but I don’t see to able to make changes there. This is the same problem I was running into before updating my WP. What am I doing wrong? Should I even ask this type of question here?

Yes, this is the place you ask this kind of question :P
The Shop template is using a block element - site footer to build the footer.
You can find it at appearance > elements >Footer, and you should be able to edit the element directly from there.
