Hello,
When i upload images, How is best size and type for Post Image, Featured Image?
Please guide detail to use the best images for the web.

Hi there,
There's no one best size for all sites. It's really up to your design layout preference. :D
But normally, you should avoid using "Full" or "large" as much as possible, regardless if you've already optimized the image files or not as these image sizes will take longer to load. :D
