Staggered build of website when initially opened

Hi team, I was wondering what I could do about the staggered build of the webpage when it is initially opened. I have created a video to illustrate my point. The website starts up like this every time.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
