Square Connection & Affiliate Data to Orders doesn't work.

I have a new GP Pro install.
I pushed it from our staging to production site. Since going live our checkout page isn't sending or receiving data from square.
They have looked into this and can't find anything their side.
I have paid a company to fix the issue. They can't find and debug errors or problems.
The only major change is using GP.
I have also just noticed this morning that orders using affiliate coupon codes are no longer assigning the order to the affiliate.
Any ideas where to start or what to do.

the Theme has no control over woocommerce, payment gateways or other woo related functions.
Might want to check if the URL/APIs required for those functions are correct, as they may still be 'operating' under the staging domain name.
If you want to post a link to the site, i can take a look to see if there are any obvious console errors that may give some pointers.
We are trying a new woo to square plugin to see if the plugin is the issue. We have used the same square plugin for 3 years.
We are getting no debug errors in the logs. I have a paid tech guy looking at the new plugin and attempting to reconnect.

I am seeing a few Red Errors in the console, although not related to the payment forms.
If your Right Click > Inspect the page, in the Console Tab you will see them.
If you try making a transaction with the Console open - do any other errors appear? As this may point to the issue.

I found the issue.
For future reference if anyone else comes across this issue. It was woocommerce order status plugin conflicting with woocommerce square gateway.
