[Support request] Split Theme Homepage Post Filter

Hi, i have 2 categories on my website, and i am trying to show the posts on homepage only from one category, or split them into two categories like

PARENTING POSTS
post 1 post 2 post 3
BUYING GUIDES
post 1 post 2 post 3

Is this possible? If so, how?

If you want to show only one category:

If you want to show two categories, then you will need to create a static page for the home page and use a plugin like WP Show Posts:
