Split Header Not Mobile Responsive

I launched the split theme on a new website and the header is not responding on mobile as it did on the demo. I only installed one new plugin and have disabled that and the header is still not responding. Other than that I have only used the standard customizer to make edits. Can you please tell me how to fix it? Also is there a way to change the size of a block that includes columns? I have a three column block that I would like to make larger. Thank you.

There was already a logo there. I tried removing that logo and uploading it again in a smaller version to see if that helped and it didn't

I would recommend cropping the logo to remove the excess padding all around so the logo shows up better.

That strange, when I check it from the customize menu to see what it will look like it doesn't look like that. I just checked my phone though and you are right, it looks like it is working now! Thank you! Thanks for the tip on the padding. I will crop the image.
