Specific Side Bar Content Based on Logged In Or Not

I have content on the side bar that I want to change based on whether the user is logged in or not.
Right now, I have three buttons: Free Account, Login and Logout.
Really, I'd like the Free Account and Login ones to appear when they're not yet logged in.
And, the Logout one to appear only if they're already logged in.
Is there an easy way to do this with the theme?
