I have two questions:
1. Do you have a code or suggest a plugin to avoid spam in the comments?

1. comments can be a nightmare, i found this a really good article on them, and it includes a couple of anti-spam plugins that cover comments:

2. Forms
I see fluent forms being used in quite a few GP builds, it has a lot of options though:
