Someone had open their link at my footer (maybe freelancer). I check all the element didnt appear this link
where they put their link at my footer, how to remove it. Thank you sir,

It's added in a Menu. Can you go to Appearance > Customize > Menus, and check the menus there. Check which one has that link as a menu item, and remove it there.
