Spacing between primary menu and posts

Dear Tom,
Loving your theme. Great job.
I'm trying to create more space between the primary menu and posts. More specifically, the first post title. How can I control that? Here's what I mean: http://aprendendoinglesemcasa.com/blog/

Hi Miguel,
It seems you set the top padding of the content container to 0px.
You can add padding to the top of the content area in "Customize > Layout > Container".
