[Resolved] Spacing at the bottom of WooC product cat page

I am setting up a WooCommerce site for a client. Sometimes she will have no products in one of her categories eg https://olive.websmall.net/product-category/candles/
When this happens, I would like to add some spacing between the ‘No products were found matching your selection.’ message and the footer. How can I do this?
