Space when hiding content title

When I hide the content title of a page, I am getting extra space at the top of the content. I can remove the space by adding this to css `.entry-content {
margin-top: -20px !important;
}` However, I would like to know if there is a better way.
You seem to have a <br /> element between your page header and the entry content.
Any idea why that might be happening?
