So I’m hoping you can help. Using woocommerce, GP pro and Elementor Pro. My thumbnails are moving away from main image and I’m not sure what to do. I want a portrait layout instead of square preferably. I know to regenerate thumbnails if i change settings. Here’s my settings. Page is set to full width with 20% taken up by columns in the same section as image and description

    image size 600 x 800

    woocommerce product image settings
    240 x 320 hard crop
    420 x 560 NO hard crop
    105 x 140 hard crop

    wordpress media settings
    thumbnails 105 x 140

I DO NOT WANT TO USE CODE please. I’ll change settings and images and am hoping you can see why this issue might be happening but as i’m not code savvy I’d rather not have to rely on for fix. But I may not understand image sizing. Not sure if it makes a difference that tablet is 768px and phone is 360. Please, I’d be appreciative of any insight this is the last issue I’m having before i launch.

Hey Tom thanks for getting back to me. It seems that the cause was “anywhere elementor” plugin. Which I was hoping to use because of it’s design capabilities. Once I deactivated it and went back to the original woocommerce product page or elementor styled page it looks good on all devices. But maybe your familiar with a different issues I’m dealing since switching back to using just woo and elementor. This is my shop page https://blackbutcher.com/shop/ which only has one available item. The problem is if you click the product it goes to the product page I can’t seem to style or brand the way i’d like here’s what it looks like now https://blackbutcher.com/shop/dundee-dress/ . What I want to happen is when you click the product it goes to the beautiful single product page I created using elementor pro woo elements, which i thought i was able to do last week. Here’s where I was hoping you’d go https://blackbutcher.com/dundee-dress/ once you clicked the product. Im running around in circles, kinda going nutty. I merely want my branding to be cohesive from page to page. The single product page doesn’t seem to want to play well and I feel like it’s gotten worse than better. The header image won’t even show up which would at least make it look the the other pages. I know i’m right there but I’m stumped.

Why not just set your header image in “Customize > Site Identity”?

That way it will display on all pages, including product pages.

I only saw a small logo option for site identity and that it would be above the navigation. I really want the large logo that i have on the other pages. Is that possible using site identity?

The logo can be any size – small or large.

Then just set the navigation location to above the header: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/

Your a Genius! It suggests a size so I thought that was as large as I could go. But you were right! https://blackbutcher.com/shop/dundee-dress/ . I am wondering if there’s a way to bring the sides of product area in so it’s just inside the the header. Like this https://blackbutcher.com/my-account/

The page seems to be empty right now so it’s hard to tell why the content wouldn’t be contained like the other pages.

I’ve got a gentlemen with Anywhere Elementor looking it over right now. So we’ll see. Thank you so much for all you’ve done so far. Where do i find the donate button? I really appreciate your help and would like to give something.
