[Resolved] space in header

Have tried to reduce the space in header above top and bottom by reducing padding values. I can view the live changes in customizer but the space doesnt seem to be reduce after publish.

Same for right sidebar. Values reduced in spacing add on but does not apply.

Also header image does not show up when a image is added in content area.
