There seems to be some sort of space between the logo and top navigation. Its not too bad but a little noticeable, is there a way to reduce it?

Hi there,
go to Customizer > Layout > Header and reduce the Bottom Padding. You can also click the Mobile icon to set a different value for mobile padding.
