Space Between "Cart" and "Login Register"

Found a little bug, maybe a CSS issue! I have set a rule where the Cart icon will be hidden on the Checkout page.
and when it’s hidden then I can see No “Extra Space” on the Right Side of the “Login | Register” text.

it will be great if you give me the Custom CSS code to fix it.
