Hi,
In category list wow to set display from smallest to largest attribute in woocommerce.
The name of the attribute is pa_height-m.

Hmmm... so Attributes are a custom taxonomy ( like a Category ) and it took a bit of searching and the only detailed topic i could find on using them to sort products is here:
