[Support request] Some woocommerce product pages are different

Hi

I have woocomerce and elementor pro installed. On some product pages, everything is fine on others no content can be displayed. Not sure where is should place “<?php the_content(); ?>” or if I should try something else. I don’t have too many products yet to change but it would be nice to have the freedom to make from scratch rather than duplicate the one that works (I have done this once to test and it does work).

Hi Leo,

The first link has let me change the product page with elementor, the second one will not. I do not have a lot of products yet so I can delete all of the other ones and use Alton Towers as a template, but I would rather not do that just in case the issue arises again later and I don’t know how to fix it.

Elementor is not designed to edit woocommerce pages – in theory you shouldn’t be able to even edit the page without using another plugin like Anywhere Elementor Pro.
