1. I also want to achieve a separator in blog list page.

2. also, I want to use, this font in the title on blog page.

3. The title of blog needs to be out of content box.

Hi there,

A lot of this is outside the realm of general GP support, but I'll point you to some posts which should help:

2. You'll need to create the title in something like Photoshop using that font.

3. This may help (untested):

.blog .inside-article,
.archive .inside-article {
      background: transparent;
}

.blog .entry-content,
.blog .entry-summary,
.archive .entry-content,
.archive .entry-summary {
      background: #FFF;
      padding: 20px;
}
